UNGROUP — Ungroup

Removes a group; its objects stay in the drawing.

Removes a group. Its objects stay in the drawing, but they are no longer selected together.

Usage

1. Enter UNGROUP.
2. Select a member of the group, or choose Name and type the name of the group (? lists them). The group is removed at once.

Preselection is quicker: click a member (the whole group is selected) and start UNGROUP. If the selection belongs to several groups, all of them are removed.

Options

• Name (N): picks the group by its name instead of selecting it.

Notes

• If the selected object belongs to no group, a message says so.
• It can be undone with UNDO.
