LinceCAD CADASTREDOWNLOAD — Download cadastre
Downloads the parcel, buildings and cadastral reference from the Spanish Cadastre.

Downloads the parcel, its buildings and the cadastral reference from the Spanish Cadastre (Dirección General del Catastro) and draws them in the drawing coordinate system (GEOGRAPHICLOCATION), each on its own layer.
Use
- Type CADASTREDOWNLOAD (or CADASTRE). The Download from the Cadastre dialog opens with three tabs, like the Cadastre web office.
- Urban, by address: pick the Province and the Municipality (the lists are requested from the Cadastre and have a search box), type the Street name (after three letters the list of streets appears so you can pick one, with its Street type) and the Number.
- Cadastral reference: type the 14 characters of the parcel or the 20 of the property. With 20, the two check characters are verified before anything is requested.
- Rural, by parcel: province, municipality, Polygon and Parcel.
- Tick Also draw the buildings if you want them and click Download. If the address matches several parcels, the dialog lists them so you can pick one.

Layers are created if missing. The drawing needs a coordinate system: run GEOGRAPHICLOCATION first. Data is requested in ETRS89 (EPSG:4258) and reprojected to the drawing system, so it works all over Spain, Canary Islands included.
Notes
- Source: Dirección General del Catastro (free public services: street directory and non-protected data query, and INSPIRE WFS for parcels and buildings). Credit it wherever you use the data.
- Usage limit: at most 30 requests per minute; the province, municipality and street lists are kept for the session so they are not requested twice.
- Errors: no connection, a reference or address the Cadastre does not know, and a service that is down are reported with their cause.
- Cadastral cartography has the capture scale of each area: it does not replace a survey.
