Whether the quick properties panel appears when objects are selected with no command running.

Notes

The panel is a reduced, floating version of the PROPERTIES palette: next to the cursor it shows the layer, the color and the key properties of the selected type (radius, length, contents…), and it closes when the selection is cleared or a command starts. With objects of several types it only shows the common properties. It does not appear in test scripts.
