0	Exploded: separate lines, arrowheads and text, as in AutoCAD
1	Not associated with the geometry
2	Associative: they follow the objects they measure when these are moved, stretched or scaled

With 2, a dimension is associated when its points coincide with key points of the objects (endpoint, midpoint, center, quadrant, node). Changing the variable does not affect existing dimensions: use DIMREASSOCIATE and DIMDISASSOCIATE.
