LinceCAD POLYSOLID — Polysolid
Creates a wall-shaped solid along a path.
- Command:
POLYSOLID· Global name:_POLYSOLID· Alias:PSOLID
Creates a wall-shaped solid (rectangular section) along a path, as an ACIS 3DSOLID.
Usage
- Enter POLYSOLID (POLISÓLIDO) or click Polysolid.
Start point or [Height/Width]:
- Pick the path points. Use Height and Width to change the section before you start.
Next point or [Height/Width] (Enter to finish):
- Press Enter to finish: the extruded solid is created.
Notes
- The section is constant (width x height) and the path is followed with miter joints.
- Open path only; at very sharp corners the band self-intersects and no solid is created.
