AutoCAD uses INSERTOBJ to insert Windows OLE objects (a spreadsheet, a document). LinceCAD runs on Windows and Linux and does not support OLE: the command only explains this.
Alternatives
- Images: IMAGEATTACH. PDF drawings: PDFATTACH.
- Text from another program: PASTESPEC.
- Spreadsheets: DATALINK, which brings them into a table.
