DWGPROPS — Drawing Properties

Title, subject, author, keywords and other properties of the drawing.

• Command: DWGPROPS · Global name: _DWGPROPS
• Ribbon: Home › Utilities

Opens the Drawing Properties dialog box, with the data that describe the drawing, as in AutoCAD.

Usage

1. Enter DWGPROPS.
2. Choose the tab: - General: file name, location and size. - Summary: Title:, Subject:, Author:, Keywords:, Comments: and Hyperlink base:. - Statistics: creation and modification dates, who saved it and the editing time. - Custom: custom properties, with their name and value (Add, Delete).
3. Click OK to keep the changes in the drawing or Cancel to discard them.

Notes

• Summary and Custom are saved in the DWG (SummaryInfo section) and AutoCAD reads them the same; the fields of the Document category (Author, Title…) use them.
• Changes are undone with UNDO.
