ZOOMTOPOINT — Zoom to point

Finds a survey point by its number and zooms the view to it.

• Command: ZOOMTOPOINT · Global name: _ZOOMTOPOINT · Alias: FINDPOINT, ZTP
• Ribbon: Topography › Points
• Menu: Survey

Finds a survey point by its number, shows its coordinates and code and zooms the view to it.

Usage

1. Enter ZOOMTOPOINT or click Zoom to point on the Survey tab.

Point number:

2. Enter the point number (case-insensitive). The command line shows X, Y, Z and the code, and the view is centred on the point.

Notes

• If no point has that number, you are warned and asked again.
