VPORTS — Viewports

Dialog to split the model into viewports or create viewports in a layout.

• Command: VPORTS · Global name: _VPORTS · Alias: VIEWPORTS

Splits the drawing area of the model into viewports, or creates viewports in a layout, choosing a standard configuration.

Usage

1. Type VPORTS: the dialog opens.
2. Choose a configuration (Single, two, three or four viewports) and click OK.

Notes

• On the Model tab it splits the drawing area, like -VPORTS; Single returns to one viewport.
• In a layout it creates the viewports spread over the printable area, like the Fit option of MVIEW.
• Without the dialog (scripts, FILEDIA=0) use -VPORTS or MVIEW.
