MVIEW — Viewports

Creates layout viewports and turns them on, off or locks them.

Creates viewports in the current layout and turns them on, off or locks them. Each new viewport shows the model extents.

Usage

Specify corner of viewport or [ON/OFF/Fit/Lock/Object/Polygonal/2/3/4] <Fit>:

Fit, 2 / 3 / 4, Object (non-rectangular viewport from a closed object), Polygonal, ON / OFF and Lock.
Shadeplot: how the shading of the selected viewports is plotted: As displayed, Wireframe, Hidden (removes hidden lines when plotting), Visual styles or Rendered.
Restore: creates the viewports with the layout of a model viewport configuration (*Active or a named one; ? lists them), spread over two corners or the printable area.
Named: a viewport showing a named view of the drawing.

Inside a viewport, zoom and pan change that viewport's view and the sheet stays put; ZOOM 1/100XP, the status bar scale list and the PROPERTIES palette set its scale.
