TXT2MTXT — Convert to multiline text

Combines single-line texts into one multiline text.

• Command: TXT2MTXT · Global name: _TXT2MTXT
• Ribbon: Annotate › Text

Combines single-line texts (and multiline texts) into one multiline text, like AutoCAD 2027 TXT2MTXT.

Use

1. Type TXT2MTXT.
2. Select the texts and press Enter.

Notes

• The lines are ordered from top to bottom (and from left to right at the same height).
• The new text takes the height, style, layer and rotation of the first one; its top left corner is at the leftmost start, at the cap height of the first one. The originals are erased.
• There is no settings dialog as in AutoCAD: the new text has no width (it does not wrap lines).
