PDFLAYERS· Global name:_PDFLAYERS - Ribbon: Insert › Import
Shows or hides the layers of a PDF underlay. Many PDFs made with CAD programs keep the layers of the original drawing (in the PDF they are called optional content groups): with this command you can turn off, for example, the dimensions or the furniture of a plan received as a PDF.

Options
- ?: lists the layers, each one with ON (shown) or OFF (hidden).
- ON (ON): turns on the given layers.
- OFF (OFF): turns off the given layers.
Notes
- It only changes what is shown of the underlay: the PDF file is not modified.
- If the PDF has no layers, the command says so and ends.
- The layers turned off are saved in the underlay with LinceCAD's own data: AutoCAD shows the underlay with all its layers.
- In the interface, after selecting the underlay the Underlay Layers dialog box opens, with a check box per PDF layer (and Show all / Hide all); in scripts, SCRIPT and AutoLISP the choice is made on the command line. The dialog box cannot be scripted in the AutoCAD console: it has a unit test.
