LinceCAD MOVEPOINTLABEL — Move labels
Moves the labels of survey points without moving the points.
- Command:
MOVEPOINTLABEL· Global name:_MOVEPOINTLABEL· Alias:MLABEL - Ribbon: Topography › Points
- Menu: Survey
Moves the labels of survey points (number, elevation and code) without moving the point, so that they do not overlap other lines or texts on the plan.
Usage
- Enter MOVEPOINTLABEL or click Move labels on the Survey tab.
Select objects:
- Select one or more points and press Enter.
Specify base point or [Reset]:
- Specify the base point of the displacement, or choose Reset to put the labels back where the default label style places them.
Specify second point:
- Specify the second point: the labels move by that distance.
Notes
- The insertion point (with its elevation) does not change, so the TIN and the contours are not affected.
- The labels are attributes: AutoCAD shows them in the same position.
