LinceCAD CONTOURLABEL — Label contour
Labels the elevation of a contour at the given point.
- Command:
CONTOURLABEL· Global name:_CONTOURLABEL· Alias:CLB - Ribbon: Topography › Terrain
Places an elevation label on a contour by hand, aligned with it, and breaks the contour where the text goes.
Usage
- Enter CONTOURLABEL (ROTULARCURVA) or click Label contour.
Pick a point on the contour:
- Pick a point on or next to the contour. The nearest contour is labelled. Repeat with other contours; Enter ends.
Notes
- It works with the contours from CONTOUR and with any polyline or fit spline at its elevation: the label is that elevation.
- The text height is that of the labels of the last CONTOUR (otherwise, the current text height).
- The contour is split into two pieces that keep its layer, colour and linetype.
