Notes

• It only affects the screen: when plotting, references come out in their colors.
• In AutoCAD this fading is XDWGFADECTL; its XFADECTL is the one for in-place reference editing, which LinceCAD does not have.
• It applies to the session: it is not saved in the drawing.
