Which properties SETBYLAYER sets to ByLayer: the sum of 1 (color), 2 (linetype), 4 (lineweight), 8 (material), 16 (plot style) and 128 (transparency). Bits 32 (change ByBlock too) and 64 (include blocks) are kept, but the command asks for them every time.
