LinceCAD MSPACE — Model Space
Enters model space through a viewport.
- Command:
MSPACE· Global name:_MSPACE· Alias:MS
In a layout, enters model space through a layout viewport: from then on you draw, edit and zoom in the model seen inside the viewport, not on the sheet.
Usage
- With a layout active, enter MSPACE (or MS) or click Model Space on the ribbon.
- The first viewport of the layout is entered. To go back to the sheet, use PSPACE.
Notes
- To enter a particular viewport, double-click inside it.
- On the Model tab it does nothing: the command line says so.
- Inside a viewport, the LAYER shows the VP Freeze column to freeze layers in that viewport only.
- Entering or leaving cancels the running command and clears the selection.
