(rtos number [mode [precision]])

The number as text. Modes: 1 scientific, 2 decimal, 3 engineering, 4 architectural, 5 fractional. Without mode or precision, the drawing's LUNITS and LUPREC are used. It follows DIMZIN (extra zeros) and uses the decimal point.
