OFFSET with the Express Tools gap type option (OFFSETGAPTYPE).

Notes

• Extend prolongs the segments until they meet; Fillet adds an arc whose radius is the distance, centred on the vertex; Chamfer, a segment perpendicular to the bisector at the distance from the vertex. OFFSET does the same with OFFSETGAPTYPE, which is how it was compared with AutoCAD 2027.
• Express Tools do not run in AutoCAD's console without interface: this command has unit tests.
